- Program / model
- An 18-month venture-studio residency that builds alongside founders: an operating partner two to three days a week, 60+ mentors, legal setup and workspace. Also runs an eight-week paid Founders School (24,000 KGS). Incorporates companies as Delaware C-Corps with subsidiaries in the Kyrgyzstan High-Tech Park or Kazakhstan AIFC, so expect a US holding structure rather than a purely local one.
